Mwanajuma identified Waa as a prime location for her business due to the lack of tailoring shops. "I
       saw an opportunity in Waa where there were no major tailoring shops. I decided to open my business
       here," she explains.  "Currently, I am building my customer base by sewing various designs at home.
       My dream is to have a big shop with diverse materials and attract more customers," she says.

     The Shared Futures program has had a profound
     impact on Mwanajuma's life. "If it weren’t for the
     training and encouragement from Madam Tumu,
     I might have given up. The program helped me
     understand myself, build confidence and
     embrace my skills," she shares.


       Mwanajuma's story is a testament to the
       transformative power of the Shared Futures
       program.


     Through  targeted  training  and  support,  the
     program  has  enabled  her  to  overcome
     challenges,  build  a  business,and  contribute  to
     her community. "I am grateful to Shared Futures.
     It has brought me to a place I never expected to
     be. Although I haven’t achieved all my goals yet,
     I am on the right path," she concludes.
